This policy explains what information Alnoor Labs collects when you visit alnoorlabs.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us. If you email or call, we keep your name, address, and the contents of the message so we can reply and keep a record of the engagement.
• Usage data. Aggregated analytics about pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, browser, and device type.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, to deliver and support work under a signed agreement, to understand which parts of the site are useful, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months. Records tied to a signed contract are retained for as long as statutory accounting and tax rules require. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who host our infrastructure, email, and analytics, and only to the extent needed to run those services. Each is bound by its own confidentiality obligations. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Internal access is limited by role, and privileged actions are logged. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to team@alnoorlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
